Just eat healthier.Lay off of that chocolate first off.Limit it to once a week in a small amount to reward yourself perhaps.Eat lots of fruits and veggies.Also drink lots of water throughout the day,this will make you feel good.I am at a loss for exercise if you can't do cardio, but what about a couple 30 min walks during the day?Could you swing that?It would make a huge difference in how you feel.
