none of the Adobe products do icons, unfortunately. I tested them. I have the CS5 master collection. I tested fireworks, photoshop, and illustrator. zilch. I know Microsoft Visual Studio can edit .ICO files. it was made to. the resource editor may be included with Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2010 C++ .
