How Can I Forget About A Girl That I Love?

This isn't the typical situation where i love her but she doesn't love me back. I love her and she also has feelings for me, however i'm very shy and i feel uncomfortable around girls even if i do like girls. She just left my school and i want to forget about her because i'm feeling severely depressed. I just regret everything that i DIDN'T do.... i cried really hard tonight because i miss her so much. What can i do to forget about her and find some other people? But right now i obviously think nobody could possibly be better than her. She was my fuel and now she's driving me crazy.
