I have a push lawnmower fairly new but it wont run because it isnt getting fuel into the motor we soaded carb?

the motor we done everything to this carb soaked it cleaned it checked the float even put another carb on an it does the same thing it will run if you spray gas in carb but stops when you stop spraying gas new plug good spark what could the problem be
