My 3 year old hits, kicks, and sometimes bites.?

My 3 year old has been hitting, kicking, and has been biting lately. I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to get him to not do these things? I understand most kids go through this faze but I'm not sure what to do to get him to quit. PLEASE HELP!
