Do i have an eating disorder?
Sounds to me like a phase that might turn into an eating disorder if it keeps going. The fact that you are skipping meal and don't feel like eating is not a good sign. You are a growing teen and need to eat to be healthy. It's normal to be conscious about your weight, but know that you're growing and it will even out in time. What's important now is having a healthy diet and exercising enough. If you're really concerned, make yourself a plan; build a healthy diet and plan days where you'll go for a run or play a sport with your friends. I suggest that you talk to your mom about your weight concerns, she might be able to help you and her understanding will make you feel a little better. Don't let this get too far, make a change for the better today! You can even talk to your doctor about it. I hope this helps, best of luck!
