2000 Lincoln TownCar ,Ran out of gas and died out, added gas and now wont start?

I got this lincoln town car, I check all fuses and all are good, even fuel pump relay, I recently checked the fuel nipple above injectors and have no pressure so I hit the rear emergency button but still no pressure, I don't think the fuel pump went bad??? Some friends said there's another reset button have you ever heard that?? The check engine light is on but my obd2 but there's no codes.. Anyone ever deal with this problem? I disconnected the battery to try to reset it all but I don't know if it will work, any suggestions??
