Is my gf a mother by nature?

Well we've been dating for 3 years, she tries to take care of me like i'm her kid or somethin. She always makes my lunches for work and does my laundry(even though i don't ask) I just moved in with her a month ago and i'm starting to realize this more than ever before. And she does nice things for me all the time, like she leaves me notes saying how "hot" I am and will sometimes buy me my favourite beer. Just wondering if there's a reason why she does it... and if it's a faze or what? Ladies what would you say?
