GUYS: Is he a player AND would he like me?

So this one guy gets alot of girls, yet he hasn't dated any of them. His last girlfriend was 2 years ago (it was his first or second girlfriend ever) and he's 22 going on 23 right now. Girls attempt to flirt but he doesn't seem fazed by them. He doesn't show much interest in them. I asked my good guy friend how to stand out among the masses of girls that like him, and my friend said to just be unique. I don't know how to be unique. The only thing I have going for me are my looks and my practical and smart way of thinking. Btw I'm 19 if that matters.
