Dell, Acer, or Toshiba?

I want to get one on of those mini 10.1 inch notebooks and I want to get the best on. I plan on using it for mostly Internet, my iPod, and some pictures. I also plan on installing software such as Gimp and playing games such as Sims 2 on an external cd drive. In this case, price doesn't matter because they're all similar. Any suggestions to which is best? Has the best features and webcam? Thanks ahead of time for all answers.
