Bob probably likes you, but bob is probably a wussy. You should take some initiative and start a conversation with bob, just be aware he might be awkward and stuff the first time you talk to him. So try to overlook that.. .. Ya initiate convos with him.. If he likes you and you try to talk to him multiple times he should get the point that you are showing some interest in him and eventually he should do something..
